The Annual Meeting of the Association of Naval Aviation (ANA) will take place at 0730 on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at the A.C. Read Golf Course Clubhouse, The Oaks Lounge/Restaurant 2nd Deck, NAS Pensacola.

Interested members are invited to attend.  The agenda will include routine business reports, the election of a number of Directors, and the consideration and vote regarding the Plan of Domestication (as listed below):

The ANA Board of Directors has proposed extending the terms of the current incumbent Directors as indicated below.

The ANA Board of Directors has proposed that Articles of Incorporation Surrender shall be filed with the Commonwealth of Virginia surrendering the ANA’s charter in accordance with § 13.1-898.5 of the Code of Virginia; and such filing of the Articles of Incorporation Surrender shall be in connection with the ANA’s domestication as a corporation to be incorporated under the laws of Florida.
