On April 24, 2008, Admiral John Nathman, USN (Ret), submitted his resignation as Chairman of the Association of Naval Aviation effective that date.  The resignation was for personal reasons. 

 

Until a new chairman can be selected and voted upon by the Board of Directors, as Vice Chairman and as concurred by the Board I will assume the duties of Chairman as well as those of President.
